With the UK on corona virus lock down, Government guidance allows us to go out for 1 hours exercise per day and even then this can't be too far from home. Realistically, this limits me to a stretch of the S&C and a very short section of the WCML. But a quick trip down to the supermarket at Kendal for essentials allowed me to stop in at Beckfoot this Sunday morning for a couple of expected engineers workings following an overnight possession south of Lancaster. The first northbound working was 6Y51 Lancaster - Carlisle Yard and it appeared bang on time at Beckfoot behind 66551 in lovely early morning light.
