JL - 19.3.25 60028 6Z22 Quainton Railhead - Tytherington, Layter Green - Latest shots
The Chiltern route is very difficult to shoot with large stretches like a green tunnel with few open stretches offering a decent vantage point. But who doesn't love a challenge. With a bit of research and with a healthy dose of trail and error I'm getting some pleasing results at spots that would be popular locations anywhere on the UK network. Freight traffic is limited but what there is is of high interest. DCR's 60028 is seen coasting towards the outskirts of London 6Z22 Quainton - Tytherington stone empties. Great to see this attractive loco again after last nights shots at Quainton Railhead.
