With the impending change of traction provider for the S&C cement diagram from DBS to GBRf the final few weeks of May are the last chance to get a red 66 on these diagrams. Whilst it will make a nice change for the S&C photographer that will just leave one S&C diagram in the hands of the red team which represents a huge change since the mid-noughties. DBS Driver AG was kind enough to respond to my request for the Highland Explorer headboard for his final run, I'm grateful he remembered to bring it with him. The loaded 6S00 Clitheroe - Mossend diagram is seen cruising through Waitby with dark clouds covering Mallerstang Edge as a backdrop.
