JL - 18.3.16 70006 4Z27 Coatbridge - Daventry, Low Borrowbridge - West Coast Main Line (north to south)
The light was just getting a bit head on when 70006 eventually made it into the Lune Gorge with 4Z27 Coatbridge - Daventry. I had been waiting at this spot since it's 08.20 path and was wondering if there had been a failure. Just then the 'Fugly' appeared near Tebay and this dramatic shot was in the bag. It's not an easy location due to the palisade fencing and slightly award angle but I'm glad I made the effort today. It's a shot I'll certainly be looking to improve upon.
