With the Hawthorne in full blossom and flanked by two features of the S&C from days gone by 66520 makes steady progress south whilst climbing past Cotehill with 6E73 Killoch - West Burton FHH loaded coal service. The two period features are of course the telegraph poles and perhaps more surprisingly, the jointed track on the down line, which has now faded into memory having been replaced in late 2010.
