A pleasing image of the 4S43 Daventry - Mossend Tesco train at a position I've been meaning to try for some time. Between Beckfoot and Lowgill the line sweeps around a curve wich for the most part is clear of lineside trees. The sun isn't high enough at this time of year to shoot this working at the classic Lowgill spot and in any case the new palisade fencing might well prevent shots from that spot nowadays. Instead this view between Beckfoot and Lowgill just as the line crosses the minor road is a great alternative and shows the long uniform formation off to great effect. DRS pair 66303 and 66422 charge north on this regular WCML working.
