9.6.11 37611 & 37608 6K73 Sellafield - Crewe, Dillicar Common - West Coast Main Line (north to south)
My first shot of the late afternoon diverted flask diagram. Since we've only got until the end of July, I definatley wanted at least one decent shot of this working. I've done OK with the morning working in the other direction but this was my first attempt at 6K73. Unfortunatley for me this evenings offering was a featherwieght single flask, but the sun and 37s made up for it. Seen at Dillicar Common, 37611 & 37608 rumble south under clear Summer skies just ahead of time with the Sellafield - Crewe diagram.
