7.5.13 - 66304 & 66305 4S43 Rugby - Mossend, Low Gill - West Coast Main Line (north to south)
After seeing the early morning coal at Ais Gill I was heading for a meeting in Kendal and had time to stop in at Low Gill for the Tesco Express. Luckily the cleaner of the two locos was leading and the pair were running bang on time as they cruised into the Lune Gorge with 4S43 Rugby - Mossend. The recent warm and sunny weather has got the foliage started although as usual Cumbria remains about 1 month behind counties further south.
