30.9.14 - 67014 1R55 16.47 Marylebone - B'ham Moor St, Kings Sutton

With my work taking me far and wide at the moment and away from the S&C I'm keen to expand the horizons and drop in at locations that I've wanted to visit for a while. The first of these is Kings Sutton just south of Banbury. At this point the lines from London and Didcot have joined and so it's quite a busy stretch. My real target for this visit was a 67 on one of the Chiltern trains passengers before these workings are taken over by 68s. In fine evening light I was able to shoot 67014 'Thomas Telford' working 1R55 16.47 Marylebone - Birmingham Moor St running bang one time. I would've stayed for the following loco hauled diagram (17.15 off Marylebone) but this was a late runner on this occasion.
